Oh No She Didn't!

All weekend we struggled getting Katie "go" on the potty. No luck.

This afternoon I told her she could get a new baby if she peed on the potty. She was excited. When she napped I went to Target and picked one up. She was awake when I got home. I excitedly showed her the baby.

Right away she said "Go potty!"

I say "OK, but you have to let your pee out on the potty to get the baby" I am thinking the baby will be sitting on the counter torturing her for days!

What does she do? She sits on it and PEES! she immediately says "NEW BABY!"

So CONGRATULATIONS to my last born. It was bittersweet.

Go you!!! And go her!!! I'm dying to get my girl potty-trained. I want to be free of diapers! Of course, I'm probably day dreaming here :)

LOL! She is nobody's fool, that's for sure! Now, here is to hoping she keeps it up!!!

If Devin wants M and Ms enough, he will go on the potty, but thats about it from him. He is quite content going in his diaper and tells me so. Hummmphhhh.:P These kids! LOL

Way to go Katie. That is awesome. Maybe I should try that one.

Oh it worked!!! LOL..

When I potty trained my two daughters, they were always butt-naked.

How about sticker trick by the wall right next to the potty? Either you buy or make chart and she get to put stciker on it every time she goes.. My girls loved it. It took my oldest about a month to be fully trained and my second one was a lot shorter, maybe 5 days(and she watches her sis) because she hated wearing diapers...

Good luck, mama!!!
