I am 35 today. I feel like that is an "old" number. Sorry to offend anyone 35 or older.
I have never ever had a birthday bother me.
18- I loved being an "adult"
21- I was able to drink (even though I had 2 kids and was married already!)
30- I felt like I was finally old enough to have kids. Everyone ALWAYS said "Oh my, you are such a baby!" When I hit 30 I felt like they couldn't say that anymore. And they didn't.
35- Well, there was nothing to look forward to. I am determined to be HOT! I am going to start shedding the pounds and look good by summer. That way 35 won't go down as being a bad #!

I turned 35 in May and decided to loose 15 pounds and look HOT. I lost 21 pounds by October and I feel liberated and awesome. I actually feel and look younger than I did when I was 27.

Happy Birthday! I am just a little bit older, and 35 is when I noticed that the pounds were harder to keep off, and I was more tired, I feel like I have to work hard at staying in my jean size and it sucks!!

I think 35 hit me really hard too. And to anyone who gives you crap because they are older.. bahh! you are entitled to feel old at any age you want to. I feel old every Monday morning! HA!
I'm 37 and some days I feel like I'm going on 50 some more like 36.5

My mom has always told me that 35 was her best year ever. I'm hoping that holds true for me. I'll be turning it in August. I have no problem with it, either. I welcome it!

Sorry I wasn't here on your birthday to tell you that you are a silly girl. YOU ARE A BABY STILL! I just turned 51 and that sounds so much older than 50 to me. You'll get over thinking 35 is old, just remember that you are younger this year than you will be next year so enjoy it and be glad you aren't 51. lol

I guess because people are always amazed that I don't look like I've had so many kids and am "only" 36 getting older has never bothered me. I think my kids keep me young. By the way, Happy Birthday! I'm sorry I missed it!
