Happy Belated Momma's Day!

I hope all you Momma's had a great day! Mine was! It was busy though!

The day started with a soccer game. Casey had a make up game. It was 45 minutes away. Coach made up for it by bringing coffee and donuts!

We spent the rest of the afternoon in the yard. I mowed the lawn. Yes, you heard it right. I mow the lawn. I actually love it. We have a ride on. It is 45 minutes that NO ONE can talk to me. I put my iPod in and go. If the try to talk to me, I ignore them....I can't hear them over the engine!

My garden got put together and stuff planted.

We bought a new grill. That is exciting for me! We are going to hitch it right up to our gas line! No more propane tank and worrying if it will run out in the middle of cooking!

We ended the day with my favorite take out. Thai food. Man, was it good! My mother in law and sister in law came over. Both their hubby's are away. It was nice. The 3 of us sat around after dinner while Chris cleaned up and made coffee. Good man!

I ended the day on the couch, no kids and watching the Amazing Race finale. I KNEW the Victor and Tammy would win. They really were a great team! Although, I was rooting for Margie and Luke. It would have been great to see the mom/son (who is deaf) win. They were so close!

Mowed the lawn on Mother's Day? Isn't amazing what finds you peace once you have kids?
I was also rooting for Margie and Luke.

I knew Tammy and Victor would win too, but I REALLY didn't want them to. He was such a cry baby. And they had a big unfair advantage in China with their knowing the language. I thought Margie and Luke might pull it off. Anyway-sounds like you had a great weekend! Enjoy your new grill!
